Tarisha guides the meditation “The Compassion of the Heart” inspired by the teachings of Master Atisha (XIth century).

1 – Connect with your heart, the space in the middle of your chest and breath normally into it
2 – Let the sorrow come in your heart. Welcome it.
3 – Allow your sorrow to come in with each inhalation and with exhalation you breath out bliss
4 – The same process can be done with many polarities (pain/bliss – fear/trust – hate/love, etc). Be aware of the transforming power of your heart.
5 – Slowly include the pain, sorrow, fear, etc… of the people around you, your beloveds, your neighbours, the all humanity…
6 – Slowly do the same with all human beings living on this planet, including animals, trees, etc…
7 – Go back to yourself and rest in silence in the empty space of your heart.
