This nourishment is limited by many conditionings and fears inherited by the family\, the society and the religions. All this ends up buried in the inner depths of our unconscious and in the energetic memories of our body\, making us unable to understand how much guilt and self-devaluation prevent us from following our natural longing for pleasure and expansion.  \nThrough breath\, bioenergetics and some focused exercises\, we’ll have the chance to:  \n\nBring awareness to our relationship with sex and to the guilt and shame we carry in it\nRecognize the influence of guilt and its consequences in our daily life in order to transform it\nIncrease trust and self-esteem \n\nThis course is open to everyone: there is no need to have a partner\, nor to have previous experience with breathwork or Tantra.
