In this 3-lesson course, Radha, a contemporary mystic and internationally renowned meditation and Tantra teacher, will provide her experience and wisdom to shed light on these much discussed and misunderstood topics.
In each of the 3 masterclasses, lasting about 1h 30 minutes, Radha will briefly illustrate the theme of the day.
The theoretical introduction will be followed by a group exercise: it is an exercise and / or short guided practice that will introduce the space of meditation and silence, which are at the basics of the tantric approach.
The last part of each class will be dedicated to questions that participants can ask Radha directly.
The live and interactive modality of the course makes it particularly interesting, as the topics will be dealt with in response to the real needs of the participants.
If you cannot attend the online masterclass at the appointed time, you will be able to see the recording of the meeting at any time, when it suits you best.
We will send all subscribers a link to access the video, a few hours after each masterclass.

This course is a meeting of meditators, that brings you to a state of presence and awareness.
All participants are required to respect the space (in this case it’s a virtual space) and contribute to creating a high energy level in the group; we therefore ask you to be present not as a spectator but as co-creator of this sacred space.
So make sure to turn off your cell phone so as not to be disturbed and not to disturb other participants.
Avoid eating, drinking or doing other activities during the online meetings.
If possible, sit with your back straight, but stay comfortable.
If you want to ask a question, wait for the Q&A moment, and follow the instructions that will be given to take word.
Since the course is interactive, we ask all participants to keep the camera on, in this way Radha can better connect energetically to everyone present.
