This course is an invitation to expand our senses: our doors on to reality.
From childhood we have been used to repress our energy, our sexuality and sensuality, limiting our ability to feel to the minimum, the result being that as adults we often face a dull and boring reality; we’ve lost the ability to be in wonder and to
fully enjoy the joys of life.
When we experience life through clean and expanded senses, we reconnect immediately with a source of vitality and energy of which we are part of.
We are immerged in it.
Life then becomes a wonder, love opens up its doors, the beauty bursts.
We are open to receive and we get in touch with love in all its forms: sexuality, sensuality, joy of sharing with others, sense of union with the whole.
In a playful but deep context, we will experience this through:
• tantric meditations on the senses, in pairs and alone
• breathing techniques
• mindfulness techniques
• dance and conscious movement
• and much more …

Please, note: In order to allow the course to be carried out in total safety and freedom, everyone (vaccinated or not) is  required to exhibit a negative rapid Covid test taken in the 24 hours prior to the starting of the course.
