In this time of uncertainty, we get quite confused, because in uncertainty we believe that there is something to be afraid of.
Yet, uncertainty is the ability to respond to a new situation, something we do not know, some event that we have not planned for.
This can only happen if we are relaxed in the here-now.
This is a skill one has to train for, through meditation and Tantra.
In fact, the all concept of Tantra is letting go of the past, letting go of the idea that there is a goal to reach, staying anchored in the body and expanding your sensitivity.
When you are here-now, you actually find a courage, which is a natural courage, feeling connected with what is right for you moment to moment.
This natural courage expands your potential, it makes you feel at ease in every step you take in your life and it reveals your true nature.
During this masterclass, which will last about 2hrs, Radha will briefly illustrate the topic of courage, from the Tantra point of view.
The theoretical introduction will be followed by a group exercise: it is an exercise and/or guided practice that will introduce the space of meditation and silence, which are at the basis of the tantric approach.
The last part of the Masterclass will be dedicated to questions that participants can ask Radha directly.
The live and interactive modality of the course makes it particularly interesting, as the topic will be dealt with in response to the real needs of the participants.
If you cannot attend the online masterclass at the appointed time, you will be able to see the recording of the meeting at any time, when it suits you best. We will send all subscribers a link to access the video, a few
hours after the masterclass.

This course is a meeting of meditators, that brings you to a state of presence and awareness.
All participants are required to respect the space (in this case it’s a virtual space) and contribute to creating a high energy level in the group; we, therefore, ask you to be present not as a spectator but as co-creator of this sacred space.
So make sure to turn off your cell phone so as not to be disturbed and not to disturb other participants.
Avoid eating, drinking, or doing other activities during the online meeting.
If possible, sit with your back straight, but stay comfortable.
If you want to ask a question, wait for the Q&A moment, and follow the instructions that will be given to take word.
Since the course is interactive, we ask all participants to keep the camera on, in this way Radha can better connect energetically to everyone present.
