FIRST STAGE: 5 minutes
SHAKING
Stand up, shake your whole body.
Let go of the tensions and reactivate all dormant energies.
SECOND STAGE: 5 minutes
TOUCH YOUR FACE
Sit with your back straight but relaxed.
Gently and lovingly caress your face, freeing it from tension.
THIRD STAGE: 5 minutes
FOCUS ON YOUR THIRD EYE
Keep your left hand on your heart (in the middle of your chest) and with the middle finger of your right hand touch the third eye (between the eyebrows), focusing your awareness there.
After a few minutes, lower your right hand and put it on the hara, a few centimeters below your navel.
Your eyes are always closed and your focus inside always remains on the third eye, so that the energy that has been activated and expanded in the previous stages can flow upwards.
FOURTH STAGE: 5 minutes
SILENCE
Remain seated and still.
Turn off the music and relax in silence.
