In this interview, Radha talks about her work at Osho's Ashram.
Today is Guru Purnima day, it’s the day to honor the teachers, or ''gurus'' in our life. But what is a “Guru”?
Osho: Laugh, weep, dance, cry, sing, run, jog, jump, do whatsoever – but don’t think about it.
Tantra says that the body is the only tool we have that can lead us in the present moment, outside of our mind. When we are in the mind, everything is a memory of the past or a projection in the future. When we are in the present moment, on the contrary, we expand and we are open to the mystery and to the juiciness of existence.
How difficult it is to make meditation a healthy daily habit? “I don’t have time” is the most frequent excuse that we give ourselves but sometimes it’s also about having that courage to stop for an hour or more and look directly inside of us without avoiding what we dislike and what is uncomfortable, what we judge and we would like to be different… and yes, as Osho has always said, meditation is the only medicine that he can give for each of our diseases.
